Indramat
Die 1958 in Neuwied (am Rhein) gegründete Indramat GmbH war ein innovativer Anbieter von industriellen Servoantrieben Power Supply Units (PSU), CLC Controls und Motion Controls für den Einsatz an Werkzeugmaschinen, Maschinenpressen, Druckmaschinen, Lebensmittelverpackungsmaschinen , sowie Montagelinien und Flurförderzeuge.
1965 von Rexroth übernommen, wurde die Marke Rexroth Indramat für innovative, zuverlässige und langlebige Technik bekannt. 1979 brachte es den weltweit ersten wartungsfreien AC-Servomotor auf den Markt und revolutionierte damit den Maschinenbau. Zu den weiteren Innovationen gehörte die erste Druckmaschine mit „wellenloser“ virtueller Antriebssynchronisationstechnologie. 2001 erwarb die Robert Bosch GmbH Rexroth einschließlich des Indramat-Geschäfts, das mit der bestehenden Produktgruppe Bosch Controls zur Technologiegruppe Elektrische Antriebe und Steuerungen unter Bosch Rexroth zusammengeführt wurde. Bosch Rexroth unterstützt weiterhin installierte Indramat-Produkte und bietet Upgrade- und Technologiemigrationspläne von Legacy-Produkten auf hochmoderne elektrische Antriebe, Servomotoren und Steuerungstechnik von Rexroth.
